My neighbor has an Envaya Mini and it's pretty awesome. We use it during poker night and it sounds like a much bigger speaker than it really is. They must put magic fairy dust in that thing.
I have a Soundlink Mini...the original one. Good speaker, except I dropped it once and now the right speaker goes in and out depending on how I position the unit. Probably just a loose wire that I could fix if I get around to opening it up one day.
The quick and easy answer is no, it doesn't have a user replaceable battery. Of course the reality is a bit more complex. There are some videos on Youtube where they teach you step by step how to replace your old battery...but most likely it will void the warranty. Then again...if your boom is a couple of years old it's probably out of warranty anyway. In that case I guess it's up to you to determine if it's worth the risk or not and how confident you are in your tinkering skills. Doesn't look TOO difficult..just don't go electrocuting yourself heheh.
Any recommendation for a bluetooth speaker I can use with my television as well? Maybe a bluetooth sound bar or something with decent stereo separation that I can connect both my television to and use via bluetooth for music?
